				<description><![CDATA[<p>The statue depicts a mounted General Nathan Bedford Forrest wearing a uniform of the Confederate States Army. The statue was cast in Paris. Forrest and his wife were buried in front of the monument. The statue was removed in 2017 and is currently in the possession of the Sons of Confederate Veterans.
