Boris (986-1015) and Gleb Vladimirovich (987-1015) where murdered by their brother Sviatopolk Vladimirovich upon the death of Vladimir the Great. The Orthodox Church canonized them in 1071. It should be said however that Sviatopolks guilt in the murders is disputed.
