(1875 —1899) was a Filipino revolutionary known as the ‘Brains of the Katipunan’, a revolutionary society founded by anti-Spanish Filipinos in Manila in 1892. He was the advisor and secretary to Andrés Bonifacio. After Bonifacio’s execution, Jacinto continued Katipunan’s struggle. He contracted malaria and died at the age of 23.
