(1929 – 1990) was an American cowboy, rodeo performer, and actor. Tibbs held the “World All-Around Rodeo Champion” title twice, in 1951 and 1955. He also won in 1949, 1951–1954, and 1959, the world saddle bronc riding championship and in 1951 world bareback bronc riding championship.
