was the first King of Croatia. He ruled from 910 as Duke and as from 925 until his death in 928, as the first King of Croatia. He united the Croats of Dalmatia and the Slavs of Pannonia into a single Kingdom.

(1872 – 1940) was a Yugoslav sculptor. He is considered a pioneer of modern Croatian sculpture. He was also one of the initiators and organizers of the artistic life in Zagreb at the turn of the twentieth century.
